Neurographic art is a blend of art and meditation. If you are new to making art know that this process requires no artistic background or special skills, just attention and a drawing tool. It allows you to focus on the process without fear of mistakes and stay in the moment. It is a blend of automatism with mindful deliberate marks that are often used in art therapy. There are many variations to this concept that can be simplified or built upon with prompts of things like emotion, music, intentions, or specific objects. However, at the core, it revolves around mark making in a specific way and adding color.  Join us for this exciting art adventure and unleash your creativity in a whole new way!

Andrea Milito has been a certified art teacher for K-12 in the state of Maryland for years.
