"Pru" is a retired math teacher, who has received a BA in Fine Arts from York College, and is Certified Secondary Math from Millersville.  Her work is some of the most popular here at the gallery, she's always making more beautiful pieces to sell, and the public just can't seem to get enough!

Prior to college, Pru studied sewing, oil painting, and pottery with classes and lessons.  She also benefited from the experience and kindness of many artisans.  She is a member of the Pennsylvania Gourd Society (PAGS)

Presently, her main art interests are gourds, pottery, knitting, and crochet.  Her imagination seems to have no bounds when she brings in art to sell and/or showcase.  You'd never think gourds could be created as such!

Work at the Gallery

Earthenware & Stoneware Pottery and Ornaments, decorated with elements of nature.  Low vases have floral pin frogs.

Knitting & Crocheting almost anything!

Gourds are her trademark medium, no one else in the Guild works with it!  They're carved, woven, wood burned, and painted.

Woodcrafts are her newest venture.
