If you are a visual artist with an Instagram and/or TikTok account and you’re looking for ideas, this is the class for you! CapCut is a free app for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and Windows that allows you to easily create edited videos. We’ll be learning the app basics and then creating. Bring your mobile device with the app installed and a couple of pieces of your work to create videos for. Each participant will leave with lots of ideas for their artist IG Reels/TikTok.

Doreen Laskiewicz is a retired music educator turned photographer and Editor-in-Chief of Grit & Goals Magazine, which highlights small businesses and inspiring women. She specializes in portrait, branding, dance, seniors, and lifestyle photography, combining creativity with technical expertise.

Doreen Laskiewicz is a dynamic individual with a rich tapestry of experiences.  Her teaching journey began in the realm of music, where she not only nurtured young minds but also fostered a lover for the arts.  Her later pivot to include STEM subjects allowed her to inspire students in new ways.  Doreen’s wealth of knowledge in education offers a unique perspective on the challenges and triumphs of teaching in diverse subject areas.
