Kelly earned her BA in Art History in 1991. She has since raised four children and kept busy with art in various ways such as murals and private art lessons. She currently paints artwork for fairs and galleries. You can also commission her to paint personalized pet paintings along with other types of personalized paintings. Some of her commissioned works include lighthouses, favorite vacation spots, and the chapel at the United States Air Force Academy.

Her work is inspired by the Hudson River School of painters who explored the untamed regions of the United States in the Mid 19th Century. Many of their paintings depicted upstate NY when it was undeveloped and Kelly always looks to show the beauty of nature in her paintings as the Hudson River Painters did. You can find her at many fairs throughout South Central PA and upstate NY.

Whether you buy a painting in a gallery, visit her booth at a craft fair or commission a painting, you will ALWAYS get a one-of-a-kind painting. She does not paint a painting and then sell both the painting and prints. No one will have a print of your painting.
