Date of Event: Friday November 7, 5-8 pm (during Art Walk) and Saturday November 8, noon-5 pm
 
Date of Artisan Set Up: Friday November 7 from 3-5 pm and/or Saturday November 8 from 10 am-noon
 
Available Spaces for Event: 14 table spaces $30 for non members/ $20 for members (via coupon) per space.
 

Goal For Event: To draw in visitors in conjunction with First Friday activities and on Second Saturday during regular Guild hours.  The Market will give Guild Members and others an opportunity to showcase their work leading up to the holiday season.

Artists must be present for the hours their work is displayed (e.g.  can’t set up Friday but not be there until Saturday). Artists must let Guild know which day they will set up and staff their table.
 
Sales Options: 1) Artisans may collect money themselves and be responsible for the collection of sales tax.  These sales will not be subject to the usual Guild commission.  2) Sales by members can be run through the front desk which will be subject to the usual Guild commission and sales tax. Any sales done in this manner must be tagged with the artist number (Guild Members) and price.

Holiday Bazaar Artisan Tables

This year’s Artisan Tables during the Snack Town Street Fair were a huge success — so successful, in fact, that the Guild has decided to offer another artisan table opportunity. Last year, our vendors had plenty of action as festival goers streamed through the Guild.  During past such events sales have been brisk and many people were introduced to the Guild for the first time. The Guild is looking forward to hosting our first-ever Holiday Bazaar to showcase our creative artisans and our beautiful gallery.
